I almost forgot where I was eating. It felt like I was in my own living room. The waiter Timothy was so kind, funny, and fast. I never thought kind people, and great service existed in the area until I visited here. Don't believe me? Give it a try. Didn't like it? Give it another go. The food, the people, the entire restaurant go far beyond any expectations.
Had skillet queso with 2 friends. We all are having stomach issues. The manager, Shelly laughed at me when I called to let her know. Will never eat at this place again. Probably have food poisoning. I eat taco bell and I dont even do this. Pretty sure its parvo and i'm going to die. Thanks Chilli's. P.S. Ruined a pair of pants and a birthday party.
Service leaves much to be desired. Server actually told our party to order our very bloody steaks well done next time if we wanted them cooked med well. She said the cook didn't understand what medium well meant. We haven't been back since. Also the smoke smell is overwhelming.
Service can vary day to day. Food is usually good though and the bartenders know what they are doing. Which you may need... depending on the service... it really can vary to extremes.
Servers are usually too busy with the latest gossip to come ask what you want to drink but the food is always good...when they finally take your order.
