The food was on the same level as a panera-bread or similar inexpensive sandwhich joint. Ordered the Chicken avocado bacon sandwich. The best part was the bread (what sub roll), could barely taste the bacon. Not Impressed. In addition, I have never (in 2 years of having and training service animals) been harassed so much by a staff. On three occasions different employees (one hanging out with friends who were sleeping on the couches) came up and close to scolded me for having a service animal in their establishment. Granted she did not have her vest on, their lack of communication and unprofessional in handling this situation should be reprimanded by management. They even harassed my cousin who picked up his order warning him next time "I better have her vest". Very unprofessional young staff; will not be returning.
Sertino's has a fantastic and warm environment. The sandwiches are great and the family loves all the different coffee's, fraps, and desserts!

The girls at the counter seem kind of clueless. Making it worse, I went to get the wifi password and the manager rudely asked me if I'd bought anything. Then, the manager had the nerve to approach me and ask if she could take my table that I'd been using. She wanted to replace it with a shorter table (which wouldn't be as comfortable for me). She wanted to give the table I was using to customers who had just arrived. I explained to her that I was here first and that I was using it. She then told me where more tables were. Of course, I knew those tables were there, but there were not comfortable chairs in that particular room she was telling me to go to. I've just never experienced management like her in an establishment. I hope she's not the owner... This is my first time here and I came because most of the reviews were very favorable. Regarding the food: I have the chicken with avocado sandwich. It was ok, very commercial tasting. Just seems like something you can get anywhere. We won't come again...
Friendly staff always quick to help and easy to talk to, the sandwiches are better than any other sandwich shops in town. This is a great place to have meetings in their closed off meeting room. They have WiFi for customers. I love eating here.
