Service used to be good a few years ago but lately the service hasn't been great. I've had my order wrong several times and the man working the drive through is kind of rude and doesn't tell you how much your order is going to be until you get to the window. He doesn't say anything but "Hi" when he takes your order and the least he could say is welcome you to Starbucks. Makes me feel uncomfortable.
