Well i have family that has worked there as well as friends........This is a BAD place to work the owners are snakes they cut corners left and right on taxes and don't pay employee's according to the hours they actually worked....They actually started taking the tips from the employee's So folks don't leave tips.......the employee's aren't getting it anyway......They make the employee's mop during rushes when people are eating putting the customers at risk of falling......they spray fly poison through out the day another risk for the customers and employee's health...I walked in there one day all i could smell was poison...They otta be ran out of Mason county from what i hear they don't even live here i wouldn't give'em another dollar
They act like you are putting them out for giving them a job... mopping while they are still open.. this is the nastiest DQ I have ever been to
It's fast food. Better than most, but still fast food.
I asked them to remake the blizzard because it was not blend all the way and was melting. The employee ignored and walk away. They went and got the manager, I explained to her what happen and she said I played with it and refuse to make another one. She said she can not read my mind. I have no idea what that came from. I asked for a refund, she made some calls to her store manager and asked me what my purpose of refund. "Unsatisfied customer, duh!!" The store had flies everywhere and bathrooms was dirty. The employee was eating in the work area..Thank god I got my money back, and went to another DQ in the another town. Where it was cleaner and great customer service. Seriously, going to call the owner.
