It all started with a check engine light on my Cadillac being checked out by that helpful Marcus Davis in the service department. This led to that sweet Kevin Campbell showing us some gently used vehicles. A few days later we returned and Randy Fuqua and Pat Sullivan helped us as we considered a new vehicle purchase. The entire staff was pleasant and very helpful in researching and answering our many questions. John Roley and his car dealership is an asset to our hometown. It was a blessing doing business with John. The only stress we experienced was when we wrote out the check to buy our new 2012 Denali, lol. We recently purchased a new vehicle at John Roley's. During our shopping experience we were involved with Randy Fuqua, Kevin Campbell, Pat Sullivan and John Roley. All were extremely helpful and treated us as special. Our visit was late in the afternoon and at closing time we hadn't quite finished our purchase but they hung in there. Randy stayed even later to help us to understand some of the special features of our new Acadia. We were able to drive our new Acadia home which I was not expecting to do. This is our second vehicle from John Roley's and will not be our last purchase there. Thank you all!
Though they didn't have the truck I was looking for in stock, Jeff Shelley went above and beyond to find it. They got me exactly what I was looking for at the price I was very satisfied with. I have no problem letting people know of my satisfaction when dealing with John Roley Autocenter
