Several employees saw me although it took forever to be acknowledged. The initial server that greeted me was not that friendly & did not offer me a menu. When I was finally acknowledged she had to hunt down someone to take my order. Customer service was ehh and the food was okay. The steak was way too tough but I've just accepted that chain steaks will only be just okay. My server, the bartender was great & friendly but my first impression was ehh.
