Very disappointed, First time here. Hostess did not know the food served on the menu, Ordered seafood platter, Should have come with soft shell crab, Only to get home and find none. Ordered Gator Bites $8.99, 10 small pieces with no flavor (Was ok I have Cajun Seasonings at Home) The hostess informed Me most people just get a burger or Catfish. They really need to change their name so its not misleading. I will Pay good money for good food, But $36 for my food with no flavor was ridiculous.

Today was my second visit here. The first time I wasn't impressed but today was just ridiculous. Our party of 3 walked in at 1:15 and were practically run over by one waitress on her cell phone. Another waitress seated us and told us she would be right back because her other table's food had just come up. No big deal, she comes back and gets our order.... then walks back to the kitchen and stood in the doorway for several minutes talking to a girl who was apparently just in the kitchen to chit chat. Over the next 30+ minutes I watched various staff? come and go from the kitchen, eating, on cell phones, etc. The party of two + a toddler that arrived right behind us some how managed to get their food and finish eating before our waitress even thought to make enough eye contact across the restaurant to tell us our food was almost ready. After she spun on heel into the kitchen I heard a fryer drop and a grill sizzling... 45 minutes after ordering our 3 hamburgers made it to the table with a mumbled apology and no explanation. The hamburgers themselves were dry and poorly topped. The amount of bacon on my burger was nothing more than a garnish. To add insult to injury... a couple that was apparently friends of one waitress walked in and were eating their catfish dinners within 10 minutes. Unless you're friends of the staff apparently you won't be eating.

I came here with my sons because we were hearing alot of good things about this place and wanted to try it out for ourselves. Our food too longer to get out than I would have prefferd considering the resteraunt was empty but the food was good and warm. Our fries, on the other hand, were soggy and limp with grease. I mean, they were like grey. All in all I was willing to go back with my husband to give it another try......until......they commented on my review on their facebook page (wich is the same review here) they basically attacked me for having my oppinion saying that I should have said something while I was there wich I did when I was paying and was asked how my food was. But I guess the customer is only right if they have good things to say about you.
