absolutely the very worse service and place to eat in Henrietta if you are disappointed once you will be disappointed twice and so on. Pay the help some money so you can get people to work and like to help people not it's a chore. NEVER have I been told while standing in line when asked if I should order? and be told no that is not a good Idea. Sad to say but this DQ is being ran in the ground and looks bad in Henrietta.
