On my way back from Laredo I spotted this corner BBQ joint. It is a converted Stripes/Circle K. It is a plain dining room. There is not even a hint of smoke smell. The brisket was moist but lacked the smoky flavor, smoke ring and texture you would expect in BBQ. The brisket was ok, but the sauce was needed.
