I called to ask if they carry a certain item. The employee not only told me "yes," but also checked the price, how many on the shelf, and told me about similar products in the same area. I appreciate them taking the time! :)
I called to see if they had a shipment of hanging letters, they were able to inform me on the schedule for new shipment and were very helpful.

I wish I could leave zero stars since this store is horrendous. I have been to several Hobby Lobby stores such as McAllen and San Antonio and they are far nicer and have more friendly employees. This Harlingen store used to be a main stop for me until recently. Completely new cashiers and rude unhelpful managing staff put it now on my "do not enter" list. Staff is very un helpful and often times told me they did not carry an item even if I had purchased item before and simply needed to see when more would be back in stock. Managers didn't want to answer general questions and advised me to "stand in line and ask the cashier". Aside from the rude staff, the store itself is in poor shape. Merchandise crates are often stacked in the scrapbooking section obstructing passageways and items are hardly ever in stock. I have been waiting for an entire section of floral stems to be restocked for weeks! When I ask about them I am told come back on a Thursday after they get shipment. They have yet to obtain them. Having large empty spots on shelves throughout the store is very unattractive and shows they are seriously lacking when it comes to ordering enough product. Rude employees, messy store, and frequently out of stock products are what this store boasts. Do your self a favor, do your craft shopping else where.
