I am absolutely sick of this restaurant. We live half an hour from their location, we use their online system to order to-go food and on average spend 45-50$. The past 3 times we've ordered they get what we want wrong and tonight when we got home I had an entirely different entree than what I chose. Why have the option of checking extra ranch etc on the website when we open the trays and we've been given 1 dressing that isn't even ranch? It's stupid and ridiculous to spend that kind of money on a meal that they can't be bothered to get correct. They don't care and it shows. We're not going to be ordering again!
Food is hit and miss. Like another reviewer said, if you're used to eating at other chilis locations this one will likely disappoint.

Go to a different chili's. Not this one
