Delicious hole in the wall. The brisket was good but the sausage was amazing!

At times the BBQ is hit and miss. Mostly miss. I've ate a few times and the meat was too SALTY! I''ve even boiled the ribs in water to get the salt out and it did'nt work. The last draw was watching the owner mop the meat with a mop brush and mop sauce that was infested with flys. He just swished them out of the bowl and start moping. A dead fly transferred from the mop to the meat and McMillan just brushed it off with the mop, put the mop back in the bowl and left the bowl on the out table for the flys. Several seconds later he he used the same mop, bowl and sauce on the meat in his other pit. We have never eaten the since then.
