Managers need to learn the fundamentals on customer service. If your job requires you to interact with people, learn how to speak and communicate on a level that's enjoyable and pleasant to everyone. Also, rushing a customer when ordering and then getting order wrong is unacceptable. If your place of business is short handed it isn't the customers fault, learn how to multitask and still provide service with a smile.

I stopped here for a quick bite with my 3 children, as we were headed south to visit family & I have to say their service is awful! I ordered some food & waited for a while & I noticed people around us were getting their food faster than we were, so about 25 minutes later I pressed the button & reminded them that we were still waiting for our food, I was under the impression that the reason they were taking so long is because we arrived during lunch hour or because we ordered chicken strips & they were taking forever to cook. So about 5 or so minutes later the server comes out with our food, & I tell her we had been waiting for 30 minutes & she says that generally chicken takes about 6 minutes to cook. That was no excuse for our food to come 30 minutes late. I asked to speak with their manager & she gave me the same run around. In total we waited about 30 minutes for our food, & lost about 30 minutes worth of driving time. I will not be going there again.

This sonic is as good as any other sonic but I think they should get rid of all the drug abusive cooks they have so it could be a decent place to go
