Very disappointed in service. While in the area for two weeks on business, I've frequented this store probably about 6 times - each time getting progressively worse. This morning, doors were locked 20 minutes late, drive-thru didn't answer. When I finally went to the door, they made me feel like I was disturbing them. When I placed my order, I needed to wait until their conversation was complete. Tried to post my experience on Starbucks Survey they provided but even that didn't work.

Horrible, Horrible service!! The whole staff! Rude ! They seriously need a class in customer service. Well, who wouldnt be in a bad mood working for Starbucks...hey well i guess i understand now...NEVER going to this starbucks again! You dont try to make the customer feel like an idiot when YOU the staff forget to make my order...and then try to act like I was the mistaken one..Take responsibility for your mistakes...apologize like and adult continue with your day. THANK YOU!

Surprised to see the dirty hands and fingernails of the male cashier at window - then he hands the drinks to me by their rims, yuk! One of the 2 coffees I ordered, a Mocha is made with NO Mocha - come on people, $9 for 2 coffees and you can't get it right. (Or hire people with decent personal hygiene to handle the food and drinks!) McDonalds nearby is probably safer - even for a diehard Starbucks patron like me.

Everyone has a bad day on occasion, but the entire team at this Starbucks seemed to be put off for working the evening of my visit. Strike 1: The cashier had the worst attitude of anyone I've ever met at a Starbucks. I should have walked out right then, but I didn't. Strike 2: After I placed my order for a venti, I watched the barista made a grande drink (I figured it was for another customer). Then he asked the cashier if the drink was supposed to be a grande or venti, and the cashier said "venti". I watched the barista pour the drink into a venti cup, fill the rest of the cup with milk & whipped cream, and announce *my* drink. Strike 3: My girlfriend's caramel macchiato was 90% milk & cream, and completely tasteless. She stirred & stirred, but it was obviously lacking expresso. The barista was willing to try again, but two subpar drinks in a row makes me wonder how many other customers get the same shoddy service.

best coffee experience I've ever had from anywhere and by far the best Starbucks I've ever been to. So good that I wouldn't mind traveling the hour it takes to get there just to get another coffee.
