Go to drive thru and ordered fountain drink only... Waited twenty min at window and no one ever came to get money or anything so I left. Numerous amount of times orders were wrong or cold or both... Worst one i've been to ever!!!
Good food & good service.
If you get a correct order, the food is usually over cooked. every time I walk into the establishment, I have to wait for service. I get tired of bad service, bad food and terrible prices. I believe the only reason it is still in business is because it is the only DQ with in 15 miles of Frankston. The problem is that they hire high school students who don't care. I rarely go, maybe once a month if that. If there was another DQ close, this one will have to close down
Forgot to order something at the menu so once at the window we tried to add a drink to the order. That's when we were told they don't add on to orders that we would have to go back through the drive through or inside to get a drink.. Complete BS
Food is never right! Staff is completely ignorant. Food is expensive. You can go to a chillis for the same price. Only reason I ever go is for the happy hour large drink.
