This has to be the WORSE Carls jr!! Everything is Dirty! !!
The restaurant is dirty all throughout, food was falling off from the trash can and no one did anything to clean it... Will not eat there again
This is one of the worst fast food locations I've ever been to. The angry-looking folks that had been waiting should have been the first warning. I just wish I had read the other google reviews before going there. I waited 15 minutes for a burger & fries! During the wait, I noticed it was quite dirty inside. Fingerprints all over the walls, the fountain drink machine was horrid. I'm still amazed I didn't get sick from eating there. Never again.
Today i went and it took 45 minutes just to order 4 shakes and when they were going to serve them to me they told me they had no Oreos. LOL can you belive it!! Not only that but no one is proffesional including tha manager Blanca, i mean i know its just a fast food restaraunt but even in fast food place their needs to be order.
This particular Carl's has the WORST service. If you go through the drive through, expect to sit there for at least 15 minutes. And there is a curb on the other side of the drive through, so once you're there, you're STUCK. You have no options to decide not to wait any longer and drive off. I was going there on a daily basis because they had a promotion where their large drinks were only $1.08 (after tax), but if I saw even one car in the drive through, I wouldn't wait. Now the promotion is gone, and I refuse to go. I'd rather drive the extra mile to the Burger King to get my drink.
