So disappointed. My family came in to eat, rather large order and it was not cheap. Talked to a lady who seemed to work there. She was taking orders at least. She told my husband they would deliver to our residence, which was nice because we just moved here and Pizza Hut and Dominoes will not come this far. We are 3 miles from them, but as they are not a large flourishing business it makes sense they would "Go the extra mile". Not true. Kids were off school today and we were surprising them with pizza delivery!!! Called in, an uninterested woman answers. As if paying customers are a bother. Asked for delivery, gave my address and had my order smoothly recited. Check. Then she hands the phone to a man, he did not introduce himself. Kids are excited...he keeps asking me more and more directions and I ask him "Do you have navigaion or Google Maps" He says "No". Wow, how does a business run without internet these days I wonder. He then tells me he doesn't deliver to my address. I was willing to pay any delivery charge they desired. My family was not important to them. Kids were crushed. We moved from the city and I was looking forward to some down home friendly country people.....will be driving the kids to ChuckECheese in the city and I have no regrets.

I've never experienced any kind of rudeness, they have always been polite to me. they do have awesome pizza, very fast deliveries usually 98% of the time, and I have never had an order messed up. soo u ask why 4 stars and not 5? nothing to do with the attitudes or the pizza itself. I have a family of 7 to feed us thru simple simons is extremely costly. they don't even need to come down on prices as much as they just need more deals. it's the extra toppings that get me. it costs anywhere from $45 to just feed my kids, and it can get upwards to almost $60 to feed my whole family. That's what I pay at an all u can eat buffet. so if prices don't matter, order up! If price does matter, do what I do, wait till the kids are at school and the hubby is at work, order away!😆🍕🍕🍕🍕 which I'm about to do. for the record I myself would prolly order from there a lot more if it didn't cost me so much. instead my husband stops on his way home for pizza if that's what the kids want. simple simons is usually a once a month thing. overall though they do have awesome eats!

cant beat this place! great friendly service and great quality pizza i love the sauce on them because why? Its truly to die for! C'mon down for this great home made style pizza no one beats this stuff.

Best pizza ever! Love the people, too! Try the Chicken Alfredo or Baked Potato Pizza. You won't go back to the meat pizzas. Sooo good!

I drive 17 to 20 miles after I call in my order and I am very clear what I want and they screw it up. Then they get attitude with me after I refuse to wait for them to make another one. Hello that is why I call it in because I don't want to wait. All I wanted is for them to make what I asked for. Then the oldest woman wants to get attitude.
