The food was delicious. I think that should be first said, Being a new establishment there are some service problems that would make my experience and others much better. The reservation made several days in advanced was never documented. We were forced to use a room much too small for 10. Please invest in real coffee cups. I was served coffee in double styrofoam cups which was top heavy and did spill onto my friend. OMG! The only consolation was the coffee was not as hot as it should have been and didn't burn her. It took 2HOURS to get our food. But, when it did finally come it was really good food. The waitress was precious and worked very hard. As for your receptionist, this is the second time I had problems with either getting a reservation or the reservation being documents. The sad thing is it was a Friday night, they stopped taking orders after our group about 7:30 with a band in the house. I guess if you really mean for the to be a bar and not a restaurant there is no problem. I will come back one more time after you have had time to improve. But, if it is more bar than restaurant, I won't be back.
