The real deal. The best tasting ham in Texas by far. I buy a half on the holidays just so there is some left over for sandwiches. The owner, while a little on the hard of hearing side, is a great conversationalist. If you are passing thru, stop by this incredible eatery. You will not be disappointed.

He has the best barbecue around. We eat there a lot of the time. We work were we have to eat out most of the time and he has the best food in copper... hands down!
stopped here on the way back to Houston. Passed it up but decided to go back and try it. Had the pleasure of meeting Murray and found out he does all of the cooking. BEST POTATO SALAD I HAVE EVER HAD. I regret not getting a garbage can full of it.
