One of the best restaurants in clyde/abilene. My family and I dined in this neat little cafe and I have to say...GREAT FOOD! My wife ordered some chinese food, kids got burgers, and I ordered the delicious country fried steak. It's a shame that it's located in an isolated area and just shy of the I-20. This mom-and-pop cafe beats any Mcdonalds in my book. Look for the big, 7-foot guy and he'll grill up one of the best burgers out there for ya. Will definitely come back!!

The food is awesome and is priced right. Sometimes I drive out there for a good burger because it's worth the trip. The owner's both work there and are very friendly people.

Butterman's is just down home friendly, and their staff and ownership is by far top notch!
