They have done a great job fixing this place up!. It is a little town cafe on a good Hwy., but clean is their main transition. Nice little place to grab a lunch, or a really good place to get a dinner!. I get through Tucumcari, NM., and Dalhart, TX., Dumas, TX., on a regular basis and I always wait to stop at the Cowgirl Cafe in Channing! Servers are great, polite and busy and they talk with you never at you, they are fun (but sassy if you like), and they have the cooks to cook the items the way I like'em.. I get the grilled cheese w/pepper jack cheese and taters, i'm a big guy but I have not finished one order yet!.Over 30times! I want to tell the owner Katrina, to cut down on the Tater tots, but I know they will be the item I will finish leaving no room for the sandwich, or eat the sandwich first and cannot finish the tater? No win for me!!
