Been going to this place for over twenty years. I have been all over Texas, always looking for new jerky joints to try, and while there certainly are other amazing places in our great state, Dziuk's is, in my experienced and honest opinion, my favorite. The service, the atmosphere, and the quality of product are top notch. I have never spent less than a hundred bucks here, and always want more than I purchase. I could not impress upon anyone how much Dziuk's has meant to myself and my family. It is tradition.
Go to Dziuk's monthly for boneless pork chops cut to my instructions. Have never been disappointed. Great service and people are very pleasant. First class operation!
staff changes a lot but the service and quality never has. I've been around the world serving our great nation. I have tried hundreds of variations of jerky meats and even though Dziuk's has only a few different types of flavors truly they are best.
FINALLY... after residing in San Antonio for nearly 20 years I found a butcher that brings back the memories of my childhood ! I made my Babci's tradisional fresh Polish keilbasa for my family and friends. Everyone just loved it too. Thanks for all the compliments. Oh yeah, Be sure you bring a cooler w ice because you're going to want to bring home the entire store. The trip from Bulverde was definately worth it. I would make a trip or two each month, but I learned that I can order on-line too. How convenient! Thank you Gary and Sandy for telling me about Dziuk's !!! I will be sure to tell many others.
