They continuously make you wait for orders, even when you call ahead of time, the food comes out warm at best, and they really need to work on their customer service skills. They may be short-staffed, and we aren't even sure why.

Waited 1hr for meal cause they forgot my order .. drive through is faster. . Or watch them closely to not forget your order
