This is the best Chili's in the world. The food is great, but beyond that, the staff is very nice. My girlfriend's car battery died at this Chili's, and not only did the staff let me charge my phone inside, the manager helped jump her car. Beeville is a small town; maybe that's why the people care about one another. Or maybe this is just an excellent Chili's.
I live in North Texas. I travel to Beeville often for business. I eat every evening meal at Chilis while in Beeville. The staff is very attentive, the food is always good and the overall experience is a "Cheers" kind of atmosphere. I have visited this location over a hundred times in the since May 2013 and can honestly say that I have had only one bad experience. I caught them under staffed and packed with customer during lunch one day. I had a party of four with me. The service was slow, the food cold when we got it. Other than that one day, everything has been excellent. The waitress sent the manager to our table and he promptly comped our meal and offered another meal at a later date on the house also. Other than this one visit every other visit has been perfect. For that reason I give this Chilis location 5 stars. No restaurant is going to be perfect every time but 99 times of 100 is as perfect as it gets in my way of thinking.
Is it possible to give negative stars? This place is dirty, slow, and possibly the worst chilli's on the planet. But it's better than the rest of the chain places to eat in this town.
My favorite place to eat. Service can be slow but if u get right person it can be pretty fast
I'm visiting from outta town and this chilli restaurant sucks compared to Houston.
