PLEASE READ ALL....Ok first of all I've been an executive chef for 15 years at 3 well known restaurants In NC & TN...NO RESERVATIONS whats up with that... one place I worked only held 24 to 28 people and we where reservations only and if you didnt show up people where waiting to take your seat. 2nd message box full so you can't leave a message. Trust me I don't mind waiting for really out of this world food. But the message on the answering machine comes off a little bit arrogant. But the wife wants to go and trust me it better be worth the wait. And there will be a follow up to this. I hope it's worth the drive and time. See you soon. OK....went on the 29th and had a great time great food great time the wait time was nothing and they even had a wedding party going on if you want fast food well hit up the pizza hut if you want great food and want to relax it's worth the wait I'm glad to find out it's only 10 min's from my cabin. I might even hit them up for a job if I get board.... great job thanks james
My wife and I love Foglight Foodhouse and have been going for years. We live in Cookeville about 45 minutes away and it's well worth the drive. I go here because I want to spend special time with my wife, so we are never in hurry. This is not fast food folks. It takes awhile, but we never mind because the atmosphere is great for a quiet evening together beside the river. The food is fantastic!
Truly worth the wait!! Food is excellent, ambience is amazing, staff are always kind and friendly!! Love going here!
Took my whole family (10) there three weeks ago. Everybody said it was great. It was my third time there, and it has always been excellent. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Just plan to spend some time and enjoy the meal because it is not a fast food restaurant..
Way overpriced. Waited over an hour for entrees that were horrible! Waitress was terrible, manager had an attitude. Food sucked, service sucked, staff attitude sucked. If you want something to eat close by I recommend The Island Grille @ Cottens Marina good food and good people.
