I really enjoyed my two visits to Tea on the Mountain tea room. First of all, it really is a tea room. I hate when I go to a place that says it is a tea room when it is just a restaurant with "girly" food like chicken salad sandwiches and iced tea. Tea on the Mountain is a real tea room with silver service tea pots and lovely little finger foods. The food is interesting, unique, delicious, and PLENTIFUL. You will not leave hungry. I do not eat beef or pork, and they were very accommodating to me. I had plenty to eat. The couple who runs the tea room is very gracious and friendly. They have fun little stories about some of the food too- so be sure to hear them. I really recommend heading out to Tracy City to Tea on the Mountain - it is worth the trip.
We love to bring people here because the outside is so unassuming. The food is nothing short of fantastic. The owners are super people with wonderful personalities and great stories. Anyone we have ever brought here raves about this place. The food is wonderful! They pay wonderful attention to detail and make you feel very pampered.
