We have eaten here many times, but tonight was very disappointing. Our server, Isaac, was helpful and accommodating, and provided very good service. Unfortunately the baked potatoes were not warm enough to melt the cheese, and were not well done. The steak was ordered medium well, but it was well done and very dry. Because they do not have a senior menu, they allowed my mother to order off the kids menu. When I questioned the bill about charging her for a drink, which is supposed to be included, the manager, Jeremy, said that he was being generous by allowing her to order off the kids menu, and he said I am not giving drinks away for free. Jeremy said that other restaurants only allow kids to order from the kids menu. This has not been our experience. Since my mother does not eat alot, we always order her meal from the kids menu. We have never had this problem before. Jeremy was rude and condescending. The price of the drink was not the issue. The issue was Jeremy's unprofessionalism.
I'm a local here in Sevierville, and this place us by far the most reasonable priced good food we have, always great, and contrary to somes belief, great prime rib!
Amazing food, great decor, reasonable prices, plentiful serving sizes, and good hospitality/service.
Will not eat there again. Food was no good and the service was sorry..
