My order took well over an hour to arrive and was wrong when it got here. The person who said she was the manager said her name was AJ. At first she refused to take my call, telling the girl on the phone that if I want to hold for 10 minutes she'd talk to me. She was extremely rude.She then picked up the phone and said "He's on the way back" and hung up. After waiting another hour, my corrected order had not arrived, so called AJ back and she refused to give me a credit back on my credit card. I am stopping payment and will never order from there again.
I don't know what idot wrote the name wrong, but this is the number for the House of Hummus and the address for the House of Hummus, so it kind of makes all those negative reviews look a tad bit silly now.
We really didn't know much about this place going there. We figured it would be a hookah bar, with some music, decent desserts and drinks, good atmosphere. We were wrong. The hookahs didn't even use real tobacco. We really wanted to see a clove flavor on the smoke menu. It wasn't. The music was loud, and net even that great. Just really crappy rap/dubstep. There was no beer. No mixed drinks. They had a baklava on the menu. They did not have a baklava to serve though. They had a, one (1), singular type of hummus. Not a selection of hummus, one basic sort. So much for being a "House" of Hummus. They didn't even have coffee. I know this is just Murfreesboro, but there has to be better than this.
They peddle cocaine in the back at nights. Very tasteful place.
This place is straight trash. I went here late night for food, I didn't want the typical fast food burger and this was the only other place. The sandwich I ordered was cold and tasteless. There was only a sprinkle of fries, literally like a sample size of fries thrown in my to-go box. This was my second bad experience at Romas. The first time was at their Northfield location, where I received a raw pizza. It amazes me how Romas is still in business. People only come here to smoke hookahs. I only gave it one star because Google wont let me rate it lower.
