We've eaten here many times over the years....Michael and Staff are very friendly and the sandwiches are very good. Small town atmosphere with great service.
I passed by this sandwich shop while walking the square on a recent visit to Lexington. After seeing the decor through the windows, we had to take a closer look inside. The walls are lined with local art and posters galore while many of the tables are shadow boxes containing miniature movie posters, photographs, and comic book art. The menu contains an extensive list of sandwiches that can be ordered whole, or in half with a cup of the soup of the day (carry out is available). I had a delicious ham & cheese panini that was topped with a ranch sauce and melted chunks of several types of cheese. On top of the great food and decor, the staff is incredibly friendly too. My only regret is that my trip is over and it will be a while before I can try any of the other two dozen or so sandwiches!
