Horrible delivery experience, chicken tasted canned, bread was overly soggy. Mother ordered two orders of Chicken Alfredo for herself and grandson, along with an order of fries and two canned drinks. Alfredo plates arrived, but not the fries and drinks. Mother called back to complain, and was hung up on. Brother went down to chew some ass, asked if he wanted to take the missing items and demanded delivery since it was ordered and paid for. The drinks eventually turned up, but not the fries. This all cost $35. The delivery service is an absolute joke. As for the food, the fettuccine was edible, as was the sauce, which was fairly creamy if somewhat flavorless. Alfredo may not be the most flavorful sauce, but it's not supposed to be totally bland. The real killer for the dish that I tasted was the chicken. It wasn't very tender, and had a noticeable canned meat flavor to it. The soggy, margarine drenched bread added a new dimension of disgust to the food. Definitely not worth $13 per plate.
The staff is very nice, but I didn't think that the food was very good. They messed up my order and it took an hour to get my un-tasty food.
Absolutely incredible pizza. Personal pan((all ingredients you want) and drink for 6.50 is a steal for this incredible pizza.
Alvino's is a great restaurant! The food is amazing and it's the best pizza in West Tennessee
