Well the Clarksville Tenn. location has finally hit bottom. After ordering we waited nearly an hour for 2 steaks ordered medium to come out BURNT. After my wife deciding she would just eat hers as is. I insisted on another filet. They sent me a pork chop. I didn't even bother to mention it. I ate one bite of my first steak. Also they brought us out another Baked potato. All three were burnt as well. Being a customer at this location for years I was more than unhappy. Waitress was nice but no manager ever came out. Doubt I will be back. Honestly I don't think they care. Over the years I have slowly watched this place go down hill. It has offically hit bottom.
My wife and I eat there alot. Only a couple problems with food But was corrected immediately. male waiters need alot of improvement . Wife and I were disappointed in this. We will only use waitress now. Overall great food. We will continue to eat there.
The employees were very well trained. They greet immediately smile upon eye contact and ask how you are doing. I could tell some of them do not like doing "Logan" Themed things like the birthday cheer but they do it anyway and do it well. They will do extras such as asking for a box at the end of a meal rather than you having to request them. Very attentive. They do an excellent job.
Tried this Logans a couple times and will not be back. I was overcharged though I had a coupon, I was not happy about paying $10 too much on the bill which I neglected to check til I got home. We had to send my steak back twice. Medium well is not that hard to do, and it certainly should not bleed on the plate. Also a Filet Mignon is not supposed to have gristle running through it. I won't be back to this one. The Logan's in Clarksville and Nashville are great, just stay away from the one in Dickson!
This is not the typical Logan's expierence this Logan's sucks.
