I got the sampler plate with Gumbo, Jambalaya and Red Beans & Rice. Extremely bland. The gumbo had no taste, it must have been hurried. The Jambalaya tasted like spaghetti sauce. The red bean & rice was not even close. The chef is either not from New Orleans or does not know how to cook. I hope people do not judge New Orleans food based on this place. They only good thing was the bread. He probably should close the place and open it as an Italian place. The sweet tea was soured, you could tell the tried to make a fresh batch into the same pot that they had left from the day before. Either that or they just didn't wash the pot at all. I almost forgot about the potato salad, not sure what was in it, but it left a slimy feeling in my mouth that I could not handle.

Great little place to enjoy some Cajun food with a twist. The owner is from New Orleans so authenticity is guaranteed. I have eaten here several times now and the food is spot on every time. Portions are plentiful and the service has always been good. The shrimp po boy awesome and loaded with shrimp and the potato salad is a must try. It's a quant little place that's very inviting and the owner is always appreciative of your business. Love it!!!
