I BEEN COMING HERE SINCE LAST 2 YRS AND THEY HAVE THE BEST SERVICE AND PERFECT ALL THE TIME! They were also open couple days even in the snow! I really appreciate this guys for serving us with great care. I GUESS PEOPLE COMPLAINED BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO NOTHING TO DO AND BE RUDE! NOBODY IS TELLING TO YOU GO THERE SO AT LEAST DONT CRITICIZE THIS GREAT STORE AND THEIR GREAT STAFF!
Whoever is in charge of this place is a joke. The roads are clear of snow (2/18/15) and for some reason this clown shuts it down for the day. All of the Dunkin Donuts in New England stay open and they have a whole lot more snow than 6 lousy inches. You serve coffee, you have one job, do it. I was not the only person there when I pulled in so you have a long list of pissed off customers. Even when I do go there my orders are incorrect. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have ordered a medium coffee and I'm given a large and then have to pay the price for that large coffee instead of getting the medium. Most of the employees here are nice except for a few who make me cringe when I see them. And the manager or whoever runs this place clearly cannot manage his way out of a paper bag.
