Food took forever for me and several customers, reason was they had to get the food out of the freezer and cook it, may be 10 minutes they said, This is for a Cheeseburger and Fries at 1 PM in the afternoon. place was dirty. They did thank me for the long wait, and the food was good once I got it.
Order was not just wrong, it was the wrong order. Service without a smile. I am not loving it.
This is possibly the worst mcdonald's I've ever visited. The inside is nasty and dirty. The service is awful. There are plenty of employees and it took forever to get our food when there were only 2 orders in front of ours. They told us they were out of juice because they were too lazy to go get more. We also saw several drive-thru customers come inside because their orders were wrong. Will not be visiting here again.
Stopped in needed to change my sons diaper & let him play on the indoor play ground. There was no changing table in the men's but there is one in the women. My wife informed me the a handle was broke to turn the hot water on.When I walked in there was a "caution wet" sign over almost dry power aid with the lid still on the floor. After 10 mins I asked for some one to clean it up before my son decides to play in it. Hope the owner reads these posts.
The crew at this place is a sight to behold. All overweight, slow, unsmiling, you get the picture. Neither men's room sink drained right. There is a hole in the wall 3 feet long and 6 inches high where it's been kicked in. In the past, the urinals have been clogged. The toilet seat is scarred. At 9 am, there was only 1 pie. Instead of telling me they would have to make more, they took my money and walked away. I could see three of them in the back looking at two trays of pies. Then the leader put her hands on several of them, evaluating, I guess, how hot they were. The person who sold them to me, then wandered back and tried 3 times to pick them up with a spatula, failing each time. She announced to no one, "I need 2 pies" and walked away. After 7 minutes, I had to ask TWICE to get my money back. It was handed to me with a glare and not a SINGLE word of apology. I will NEVER EVER go to this McDonald's again. I advise you all to do the same.
