Grand Lodge has fantastic facilities, a welcoming and knowledgeable staff of experts to make the hunting and fishing element of the experience not only fun but educational as well, and the business networking opportunities to build lasting relationships. The beginner to experienced hunter and fisherman or fisherwoman can benefit in the field, on the water, and in the boardroom.

From the second I stepped out into the field, I knew that my trip to the Grand Lodge was going to be something special. I was lucky enough to go on my very first pheasant hunt ever with a few guides from the Grand Lodge. The expansive habitat around the lodge was quite beautiful, but also brimming with more pheasants than I ever thought possible –I'm not exaggerating saying that I saw 1,000+ birds at a time! You can imagine how exciting it was for me seeing that many pheasants my first time out – at times it was more than enough just to watch! Being at the lodge during the evenings truly brought with it a certain sense of camaraderie. Besides the other members in my group, I made some great friends from around the country who were staying at the lodge. From jokes at the breakfast table to pushing birds for each other out in the field, it was enjoyable to be a part of a welcoming atmosphere of hunters ready to have a great time. The one aspect about the Grand Lodge that really sticks with me is the generosity, hard work and consideration I saw in the staff. The owners and guides really love what they do, and continually go above and beyond to make sure that their guests have a great time both on and off the hunt. For me, the Grand Lodge was more than just a great pheasant hunt – it was a great experience as a whole, and I'm looking forward to sharing it with my hunting family and friends.

I have hunted throughout the midwest, but pheasant hunting south dakota is an amazing experience. The Grand Lodge took great care of us. Very friendly. Very attentive. Restaurant served great food. I was very impressed with how we were cared for both out hunting pheasants in the field and back at the lodge. We were treated like we were family.

I love the Grand Lodge! The rooms are very nice. Staff is wonderful. I brought my own hunting dog and have never seen him so tired from chasing all the pheasants. He was so tired he wouldnt get up to eat his dinner. We were literally stepping on birds all day. Hunt of a lifetime.
