Visited Chili's a little after 7 on 10/06/13. Experience was so bad that is was comical. Bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. That should have been my clue to leave! After placing our order we waited a very long time for the food to arrive. Both of us ordered sandwiches. How hard is that? Wrong. The bread was the most flavorful of one and the other was missing a key ingredient in addition to having an ingredient added which was requested on the side. Everything was just sloppy. Even the menus were dirty. We were offered the chance to speak to the manager but declined because there was no obvious manager on site leading us to conclude any discussion was not worth our time. Finally figured out she was in the kitchen. I guess monitoring activities there. This was a huge step down from previous (it had been a while) experiences there. In the future we will take our business elsewhere.
This Chili's is great! Friendly atmosphere, fast service. The food is always fresh and well maintained.
I like this Chili's. It's smaller than most of the Chili's, but the service is typically pretty good and so is the food. It's clean and well maintained also. Good drinks from the bar too.
need more food on the menu I rather go to applebees
