love the coffee. but hate it when they forget to put the flavor in, and you've already left. christmas eve we were on the way to church. waited over 20 minutes after ordering inside. grabbed the drinks. when i handed the frappe to my son, the lid wasn't on and it spilled in his lap. when i tasted my venti, there was no caramel. ick. all that waiting and both drinks were not perfect, which is what you actually pay for at these prices and a tip. horrible service. with that kind of volume the girls were still chatting, which you absolutely cannot do when trying to concentrate when behind. that's why the mistakes. yet nothing i can do about it.
Long wait outside, cold coffee, melted frappe. Awful service. Come here to get disappointed and cold pastries.
I am very disturbed that I can not shop at Starbucks in Berkeley County SC because you now charge 10% tax on everything in your store. To me its outrageous , 10% to be added on to your high prices make it impossible to patronize your store. I have always been a loyal customer, but now its been make impossible. Katherine Hunter
I am a big Starbucks fan and have been to many locations in South Carolina. This is my absolute favorite location. The store is always very clean, the barista's are courteous, fun to talk to, and patient. Love these guys!
Generally a great place but the mornings here are awful.. Long waits inside and out! Baristas are always nice and coffee always delicious!
