food is okay but the lady is awful. if everyone would quit going there maybe they'd leave another place would fill their spot. you can drive a 25 mile round trip to get better food and service. I will pay extra for the gas. she is always rude too. this has happened more than 5 times. I'm done.
I have lived in the area for some time and I have never had any bad experiences from this restaurant. Maybe the bad experiences from others was just a reflection of their own attitudes. The food is always plentiful and very good. If you can't eat it all, just put the cover back from the original container and save it for later. My kids are picky eaters, but they will eat New Dragon's Chinese.
Woman owner is very rude. her husband is nice! They used to have a lot of business because they were the only Chinese restaurant in Pelion. But now their customer base is dwindling. The food is ok but not spectacular and definitely not good enough to put up with nasty service. I can get attitude at McDonalds! I also see that out of six reviews (prior to mine) one person commented on how rude she is! And I am pretty sure it was her because the man and his kids are always nice! The other 5 people are either her friends or haven't eaten there enough to see the rude attitude. Keep your mediocre faux Chinese food and horrible service New Dragon!
One of my favorite take out places for Chinese food. We order take out from here at least once or twice a month.
I wish i could eat there every day they give u enough for 2 meals? Good food
