LongHorn Steakhouse

We were told on "Call Ahead" seating that our wait would be 10 minutes. We arrived and had to be put on the waiting list...yet again were told it would be 10 minutes. There weren't many people waiting and numerous tables were open but not cleaned(we arrived around 8:30). After we were seated our waiter finally made it to our table. He had zero customer service skills and seemed more impressed with himself than his service to customers. It took approximately 30 minutes if not longer to receive our meals. My drink was refilled once but other people that sat with me ran out of drink and never got refills. While eating my prime rib I discovered a black medium length hair on my steak. I have blonde hair.....by this point I was ready to leave! We had an overall horrible experience here and will not be returning in the future.
What a mess this dinner was. Unseasoned ribs, Old cold salmon, salty fries, for $65. I don't blame the entire Longhorn chain, I blame this specific restaurant.
This place was amazing! Great service, amazing appetizer, fresh saled, and my steak was cooked just right. My family and I officially have a new favorite steak house! Yummmy!! ♡♥ (*Appetizer: Cheese fries with bacon and jalapenos. *House Saled *Renegade 11oz Steak cooked med well with a baked tater!)
Didn't even get a chance to sit and eat walked in hostess said about 10 mins to be seated which surprised me since I saw like 8 empty tables. I asked her was they short staffed she said no, so my family waited, took way to long for no one to be in there. We went next door to Logans and was seated right away and they had way more customers, and the service and food were excellent.
My husband and I absolutely love Longhorn Steakhouse; it's our go-to restaurant in New Hampshire. In Myrtle Beach, South Carolina though, we were so very disappointed. I ordered the Flo Filet with shrimp and lobster. I asked for sweet potato and veggies, and my husband asked for French fries and veggies. We both ordered a bowl of the shrimp and lobster chowder. We got our chowder which usually has noticeable pieces of shrimp and lobster. This time we didn't get either in our chowder. When the server, who was not our waitress, brought our food, we had to tell him that he had the wrong table as he brought us both the Flo Filet with a lobster tail. That was not what we ordered. When the waitress who took our order finally came to the table, I told her this was not what I ordered. She THEN advised me that what I ordered was a promotional item that they don't have anymore. Well, that would have been useful information when I ordered, not when she brought us what she must have thought, incorrectly, was a good enough substitute. My steak, which was ordered as "medium", had no pink. My husband's steak was under cooked. The fries he ordered didn't come out despite reminding the server that he ordered them. A random waitress grabbed them from the kitchen for him. They didn't have the seasoning they usually have and they looked as if they were tossed on a plate and then sat around for a while. The staff seemed to lack any semblance of enthusiasm for their jobs, which is not what we're used to from Longhorn staff. They all looked sort of slovenly as well with their ill-fitting shirts. While we're more than willing to pay good money for good food, the $75.00 bill, pre-tip, was not worth it this time. While I would normally always recommend Longhorn's, I would suggest avoiding it in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
