Outback at Gaffney Factory Shops provided an excellent experience. It was the first time my family and I visited this location. They offer a straightforward menu and good selections. The service was friendly and helpful; offering suggestions not just based on prices, but experience. Favorites included the prime sirloin, salmon and rib-eye with several salad and sides to chose from. This location gets pretty crowded on the weekend. Expect at least a half hour wait. The wait staff is very accommodating. You can call ahead for reservations. One item to be aware of: the Shops close at 9 PM and if you are parked in the general lot afterward you will get barricaded in. The Outback manager took charge and corrected the problem. Great food, great experience: a nice way to end an afternoon of shopping.
Excellent atmosphere. The steaks are great. They need to add the fried mushrooms (not available at all Outbacks).
