LongHorn Steakhouse

Worse dining experience I've had since moving to South Carolina from Kansas/UK. Best thing is there are plenty of exemplary places to eat in the area this not being one of course. We waited 45 mins to be seated no big deal on a Saturday night. Enjoyed a drink at the bar whilst waiting this didn't go without an issue but you know we all make mistakes having a beer knocked over by the staff and soaking my wallet no big deal. Once seated waited 50 mins for our food to arrive and they where only burgers. My food was stone cold and my girlfriends was room temperature, barely. In the end I didn't eat it and just took it to go. Not into wasting food that had obviously been sat in the back going cold, i'll just reheat it tomorrow as this experience really took away my appetite. Will not being going back. They did however give us 25% off the check which helped to pay for the tip. Shame as in Kansas/Missouri Long Horn food was awesome, service included.
We just moved here a couple of months ago. Our family has dined here 3 times and EVERY one was EXCEPTIONAL. The food and servers equally so.
Called ahead on a Friday night and was ready to be seated in 30 minutes. Our waitress was friendly and food arrived hot and fast except that the potatoes that was ordered was supposed to be smashed not be a baked potato. But over all good experience.
