I've had an incredible experience every single time I've dined at Sakura. The food is outstanding, service is wonderful and the cooks are SO very delightful. I usually order sushi and my fiance has their chicken and shrimp dish. It is by far the best sushi I've tried in Aiken and reasonably priced. We've never had a negative thing to say and can't to wait to dine there again.
Do not go to eat here unless it's freezing outside. They have fans going and it is still hotter in the restaurant than it is outside. The temp outside is 92 if that tells you anything. It is miserable and we will be getting out foods to go!
Absolutely the worst Japanese steakhouse I have ever eaten at in over 20 years. The cuts of chicken and steak were god awful. The staff did not speak hardly any English but instead Spanish. Not a problem, I guess, but just one more annoyance to the whole evening. On top of everything else, they did not serve any beer, wine, or anything else. The customer service was horrific. At Japanese steakhouses, I am usually not hard to please, but this one sure left me wishing we had eaten at anywhere else that evening, even at McDonald's. Truly a horrible dining experience. This actually probably ranks among my top three of all time worst dining experiences. On the positive side, if you are truly adventurous and skeptical of reviews such as this, give it a try! You will definitely leave with a memory, that will be for certain.
Has been.my favorote restaurant for over 3 years. Best hibachi grill ever. The cooks are freakin awesome and funny. They give u so much food. I love this place
