1. Sat us under this insane spotlight. But they were incredibly nice about moving us to a different booth on a busy Saturday night. 2. It took an incredible long time for just the appetizer to come out, the manager came around and apologized. We weren't in a hurry so no worries there. We appreciated the good customer service. 3. My friends steak came very over cooked when he had asked for the meal medium rare. His side dish was also frozen in the middle. The redelivered meal was appropriately cooked. The manager was very nice throughout the whole meal. 4. My husband and I didn't have any issue until after the meal when we both (had well cooked burger meals) succumbed to stomach pains. Mine lasted through the next 24 hours. I originally thought it could have been a food allergy but my husband does not have any allergies to food and we both suffered from awful stomach pains all night. The customer service was certainly there. The food was not even close to what you're asked to pay for it. Will not be going back to this location again, not even if it were free.
Went to LongHorn for lunch with a coworker today and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and I was really happy with all the menu choices including their healthier options. My steak was cooked just right and my friend said her grilled chicken & avocado flat bread was really well put together. I plan on going back again soon.
