My experience was extremely pleasant and filled with friendly people. From the day I went in for service and decided to go into the show room and dream about a Rav 4. Kyle Palmatory walked up to me and asked if he could help me find a car. He was not pushy at all, and he tried to help me get payments down enough to buy. It was not going to happen that day. He sent me an email a couple of weeks later and said there was a new promotion on Rav's. He ask that I drop by and we could crunch numbers again. I did and it worked this time...and I drove off with my dream car. All of the guys that work hard helping the public buy new cars were great. I feel like they are all family. Thank you Mike Wood Toyota....
I drove an hour and a half to Mike Wood Toyota to view a used Toyota Tacoma. There was a little miscommunication between buyer and seller before making my trip. When I arrived the sales staff was very friendly and understood my concerns and how I felt about the miscommunication. The sales staff was very accomodating and in the end, they did the right thing for the customer and that is what matters. I left the dealership happy with the purchase price and the vehicle I purchased. Many thanks to Roy and the sales team.

In purchasing my new Toyota Tundra from Mike Wood Toyota of Uniontown was an eye-opening, life-changing experience. The managers, sales staff, service/parts personel, and the whole dealership in general were a HUGE help! Everyone was so kind, knowledgable, and willing to help at my request. I would rate this my best vehicle purchase experience that I have ever been apart of. I would and will highly recommend this dealership to any and all of my family and friends.
