Service is horrible here lately. Most of the time time Employees start walking away AS I am giving my order, usually resulting in getting something wrong. For instance, I have ordered a Tropicana Coolata with my breakfast, and I got a carton orange juice or a coffee coolata. They also often forget add-on's like Hash Browns, Some employees can't seem to make the coolata's, so it's hit or miss whether the machine "works" that day or not. The food is fine, once I get it and they get the order right, but most of these employees are in dire need of some training in Customer Service.
I can't believe they can't train their workers to pour a simple cup of black coffee. Twice now in a month I've ordered a $2.95 cup of BLACK turbo coffee, and it's loaded with cream. Unfortunately, I don't open my coffee until I get to work (a couple miles away), and that's where I discover it. I only stop there when I run out of K-cups for my Keurig... luckily I'm getting more today so I can say away another month! The egg white flatbread sandwiches also seem to get toasted into crispy pucks, too.
