BOUGHT A 2007 TRAIL BLAZER WAS TOLD OIL WAS CHANGED A WEEK LATER COME TO FIND THERE IS NO OL IN THE TRAIL BLAZZER....CALL TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AND IFTHEY WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT THEY TELL ME TO PUTOIL IN IT AND BRING IT DOWN.... AFTER ADDING OIL THE MOTOR STARTS TO KNOCK AND UPON CALLING PRESTON THEY SAY ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM...
Service department is amazing. Very fast and very friendly. I was in and out in less then 20 minutes. I own a 2013 Hyundai Tucson.
Shady people that just want your money. I was interested in a used 09 Acura Tsx that was selling for 15k. After they gave me what the payment would be it came to $312 for 72 months with 1k down. Thats financing $15200 after tax and title. i did the math on my phone real quick and came to over 7k just in interest. They thought i wouldnt notice. Sorry for them i did and called them out on it. After redoing and fixing it the payment came down to $259 a month for 72 months with 1k down. Its just sad to see the ignorance of people at these dealerships. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
This was our first Hyundai purchase and we were very pleased with the entire experience as well as the product and price. Charlene Macri was excellent to work with, she went over the different Hyundai models with us and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend Charlene to our friends and family. We will go back when we are in the market for a vehicle again.
I found the dealership to be very friendly as well as professional. I purchased a new Sonata. They answered all of my questions and were very informative regarding available rebates. I was offered a more than fair trade-in price for my former car, was given the opportunity to test drive the car multiple times, and was trained how to use the bluelink and other car systems. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
