No checkout personal, only self serve and machines are constantly giving problems. Ridiculous! Hire some help to check people out!
The store it's self is okay and it is better then the Middletown Walmart but I've seen some management treat the workers badly and they seem to be unhappy and under staffed. This combo will always lead to workers not caring about work and leave the customers in a bad spot for there caught in the middle.
Service desk does not answer the phone

Verry nice store! I go to Milford,PA WalMart before I would go to Middletown,NY WM(15 min from me) because the PA store has religious holiday items, and the people that work there are nicer than Middletown store. The prices are better than Shoprite or Price Chopper. It's great! I think Charlotte below got Milford mixed up with Monroe, NY WM. (Monroe, NY WalMart isn't particularly accomodating; many of the Hasidics customers are not pleasant to other people.)
