Brittany is a doll! I made an order from Dunkin Donuts for a client of mine in PA and not only was she extremely helpful with the order she also DELIVERED it for me on her break!!!! Hi Kelsey! My name is Dirk, and I run the Dunkin Donuts in Kittanning. To start with, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with us. We do work really hard to provide a good experience for each and every one of our guests...but there are times we don't do as well as we would have liked. I apologize that this was your experience. Evening is definitely a challenging time...we may not have all 36 donut varieties available then, but we strive to maintain a good variety while still responsibly managing our resources. We want to be here serving you and the rest of the community for a long time! I hope you stop by again...and when you do, ask for the manager on duty and describe what happened. I was just at Dunkin Donuts around 7:10pm today. When I got there nobody was at the counter and I waited for 10 minutes until somebody finally realized I was there and acknowledged me. When I asked for the sugar donuts I wanted the girl at the counter did not go back and look to see if they had any she just said they were out. After I went to call the person I was buying for the other empolyee went back to the back and realized they did have the donuts. By this point the service had already upset me and I left without buying anything. I found it very rude that I stood there for 10 minutes with no service. I understand you close at 10, but it was only a little after 7 so there should have still been some donuts out and there were none. I am very disappointed in Dunkin Donuts and I probably won't buy from there anymore.
