I live in the area and I love Kelly's. Their menu has a little something for everyone. The have both a bar area as well as an attached dining room. You may want to make a reservation for Friday, Saturday or Sunday because I'm not the only fan.
We were in town doing some mountain biking at Raystown Lake and we needed a place to eat. This was the first place that came up under searches for restaurants on my phone and I'm glad we went there. The food was great! $43 for stuffed flounder, beer battered haddock, and 4 beers... so the prices were very reasonable as well!
I used to love this place, but the salad bar has gone way downhill. I also got Alfredo that had cajun seasoning in it. They insisted that's how they make theirs. That isn't Alfredo then!
