We stayed at the Crestmont for two nights to see the fall foliage. The Innkeeper Tony and His Wife were delightful. Very relaxing place. Excellent Breakfast. Loved the pancakes. Took a long walk around the Lake. This was our 4Th stay at the Inn but the first with the New Innkeepers. They are Upholding the fine tradtion of the Previos Innkeepers and Improving the Experience!!!
Had an Anniversary dinner at the Crestmont with in-laws last evening and loved it. We started with a bottle of wine and the mushroom and truffle pizza, followed by salads, and 4 different entrees. We had the Filet Mignon with mashed potatoes, Porcini dusted scallops over gnocchi, Lemon-thyme chicken with Parmesan risotto, and Free-form lobster Ravioli. The entrees were all delicious and the only bad thing was, we were too full to try any of the desserts. We will have to save room for dessert on our next visit. The new owners of the Crestmont, Tony and Miss, are doing a great job. Best of luck and we will see you again soon
We had a great vacation. The Crestmont Inn offered us 4 days of relaxation and solitude. Although the area is very secluded (such as no cell phone service) through the Crestmont we were able to enjoy acceess to the lake. This included the use of their canoe where we spent several hours rowing on the lake. We were also able to enjoy use of the Crestmont Inn's association membership which allowed us take many beautiful nature walks around the lake. Staying at the Inn was such a pleasure. Elna and Fred made us feel welcome and catered to our needs. The room was very comfortable and inviting. Each morning we were greeted in the dining area by the pleasent staff and enjoyed amazing breakfasts. Make sure you order their special pancakes! We also enjoyed a very romantic dinner our last night there that completed our perfect stay.
